WATCH: Manchester's first cereal cafe opens in Afflecks Palace

MANCHESTER'S first ever cereal café, Black Milk Cereal Dive has opened its doors, just weeks after London’s Cereal Killer Café.

Located in Afflecks Palace, the small café, with just five tables, has already proved to be a great success!

Oliver Taylor, founder of Black Milk Cereal Dive, was inspired by New York’s Momofuku milk bar and opened the café with the hopes of bringing something fresh and exciting to Manchester.

Cereal is no longer just for breakfast, the café is open from 10.30am to 6pm every day and offers a wide variety of creative cereal concoctions. The menu offers single, double and triple sized bowls of cereal. If you can’t pick just the one cereal then sliders are available; three small portions of your choice. You can add your favourite flavour of milk in addition to various toppings including mini eggs, marshmallows, salted caramel and chocolate buttons.

Out of all 70 kinds of cereal available at Black Milk Cereal Dive, the most popular so far is Lucky Charms.

Their best seller by far is the seasonal special, the Easter Feast; half an Easter egg filled with Krave Chocolate Roulette, Lion Bar cereal and chocolate brownie, topped with mini eggs, Salted caramel and a Cabury’s Crème Egg.
